Sweetwater Care is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee day-to-day operations of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services across the region.

Under the direction of the VP of Rehabilitation Services, you will lead staffing, ensure quality and efficiency, mentor DORs, maintain licensure readiness, and partner with facilities to deliver cost-effective, patient-centered care.
