What You’ll DoManage your own elder law caseload, from first consultation through completionGuide clients and their families through estate planning, Medicaid and long-term care planning, guardianship, probate, and business planningDraft and oversee execution of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance directivesAdvise clients on the tax implications of their planningLead and support our paralegal teamBuild relationships with clients, referral partners, and our local community
What You BringActive member in good standing of The Florida Bar5+ years of elder law and estate planning experience (7+ preferred)Experience across most of our practice areas listed aboveTax planning expertise preferred; Florida Bar Board Certification or CELA is a plusExperience leading or mentoring support staffA warm, clear communication style with seniors and their families
