Clinical Coding Specialist / DRG Coding Lead Level: Senior Coder (L5), 7–9 years clinical experience — 1 opening Education: Medical or related field Certification: Required coding certification Key Skills: Expert-level ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II Strong medical terminology, anatomy, physiology knowledge Ability to interpret complex clinical documentation People management & client engagement experience Manages a market/portfolio, supervises 2–3 coders Basic Excel (filters, VLOOKUP, etc.) Availability: Immediate preferred
