_*Urgent requirement for a Top Real Estate Developer in Mumbai*_ Job Title: Sourcing Manager (Real Estate) Job Location: Nerul (Navi Mumbai) *NOTE: Interview will be in Thane or Sion Office Salary Budget:: Upto 10 LPA (Basis Last Drawn) Shift: Dayshift – 6 week offs in a month (Weekends will be working) *_Qualifications & Skills:_* ● Education: Graduate in any discipline ● Experience: 2 to 6 yrs of Sourcing Experience for Residential Projects for Navi Mumbai/Central Market *_Skills:_* ● Excellent relationship management and networking skills. ● Strong communication and negotiation abilities. ● Ability to work in a target-driven environment. ● Ability to build and manage broker and channel partner networks. *_Key Responsibilities:_* *Channel Partner Management & Lead Generation: ● Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants in Western Zone. ● Generate qualified leads through channel partners and broker relationships. ● Conduct regular broker meets, project presentations, and engagement activities. ● Ensure strong relationship management with existing and new channel partners. *Sales Coordination & Conversion Support:* ● Work closely with internal sales team to convert sourced leads into bookings. ● Track sourcing performance, lead pipeline, and conversion ratios. *Market Engagement & Intelligence:* ● Share regular updates on inventory, pricing, and offers with channel partners. ● Support project launches, campaigns, and broker engagement initiatives. ● Provide market intelligence on competitor projects and pricing trends. _Immediate to 30 days notice period candidates preferred_ Please contact via Whats App Email resume at (hazel.wilson@)
