Lead Generation Executive | Pune

Location: Pune

Experience: 1–4 Years

Employment: Full-Time | Work from Office

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified B2B leads, engage with prospective clients, and support the sales team in converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and online research .
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers and qualify prospects.
• Send professional emails, introductions, follow-ups, and business proposals to prospective clients.
• Prepare and share draft agreements, commercial documents, and other client-related documentation as required.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for client discussions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and keep prospect/client information updated in CRM.
• Research new companies, industries, and potential client segments.
• Track daily lead generation, meetings, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Telesales, or Business Development .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong email drafting and client communication skills.
• Good cold calling, prospecting, follow-up, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM and online research tools.
• Detail-oriented and capable of preparing professional client documentation.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-through and execution skills.
