Operations Manager - BLUvera (Rotational Traveler)

SUMMARY Mortenson is currently hiring an Operations Manager who is accountable for completing plant operations in a rapidly growing assembly/manufacturing environment. You are responsible for developing and accomplishing all plant objectives in the areas of safety, quality, production, finance, people development, and customer service. You should be looking for ways to improve the metrics of the operation, through visual, hands-on applications, along with development of the immediate supervisory staff and lead personnel. This position reports directly to the off-site Plant Manager. Therefore, strong communication skills are a critical component to your success in this role.
