Role Description

We're looking for a versatile content creator who can think in motion, write a hook in one line, and shoot/edit scroll-stopping reels for multiple brands at once. You'll move between voices, audiences and aesthetics without losing your edge.

• Concept, shoot/create and edit short-form video (reels, TikToks, shorts) across multiple brand accounts 
• Write hooks, captions and on-screen text that stop the scroll and convert 
• Adapt tone, pace and visual style to each brand's audience and personality 
• Stay ahead of platform trends, audio, and format shifts — and translate them into on-brand ideas 
• Plan content in batches against a monthly calendar; deliver consistently and on time 
• Collaborate with strategy, design and community leads to keep posts aligned with broader campaigns 
• Review performance signals (saves, shares, watch time) and iterate on what's working 

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating short-form content for brands or creators with measurable reach 
• A reel/portfolio that shows range — different industries, tones, and visual languages 
• Strong instincts for hooks, pacing and storytelling under 60 seconds 
• Comfort with CapCut, Premiere or equivalent; native fluency on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn 
• Graphic literacy in Canva or Figma for thumbnails, covers and carousels 
• Reliable communicator who can juggle multiple briefs, deadlines and revision cycles
