Claims Analyst II - Workers Comp

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Workers' Compensation Analyst II to join the Claims Team in a dynamic and growing company. This role supports the management of workers' compensation claims across the full lifecyclefrom initial report of injury through resolution, including coordination on litigated matters when applicable. The Analyst II serves as a key liaison between injured Team Members, internal stakeholders, and thirdparty administrators (TPAs), ensuring claims are handled efficiently, compliantly, and with a focus on timely resolution, cost containment, and positive Team Member outcomes. The role requires multijurisdictional awareness and the ability to leverage data and tools to enhance claim performance. Position reports into our Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ. Hybr
