Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) to support a leading energy storage manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, including finance, product costing, inventory valuation, internal orders, profitability analysis, and workflow-driven approval processes within complex, multi-plant manufacturing operations. Experience supporting manufacturing, energy storage systems, or related industrial manufacturing environments is highly preferred. The consultant should be capable of driving end-to-end functional design, business process optimization, integration with supply chain and production modules, and support for scalable financial operations in a fast-growing energy solutions environment.
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of SAP FICO experience across implementations and support engagements. Configure and support core FI processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Intercompany Accounting. Strong hands-on expertise in CO (Product Costing, CO-PA, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Production Orders, WIP Calculation, Variance Analysis). Experience in at least one full-cycle S/4 HANA implementation. Proven experience in manufacturing environments (energy solutions preferred). Strong understanding of finance integration with supply chain and production processes. Experience with SAP Workflow configuration and support.Preferred Skill
Experience in energy solutions or an industrial manufacturing organization. Exposure to high-volume transaction environments and complex BOM structure.
