We're looking for an Admission Counselor who will be the first guide in every aspiring pilot's journey, helping students take their first confident step towards the cockpit. As an Admission Counselor, you'll connect with aspiring pilots and their families, understand their dreams, answer their questions, and help them choose the right training pathway. From the first enquiry to successful enrollment, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of tomorrow's aviators.

For nearly two decades, Aerodynamiks Academy has been preparing aspiring pilots for successful aviation careers. Through DGCA Ground Training, Flight Simulator Training, career mentoring, and our B. Sc. (Hons.) Aviation Degree Programmes , we provide students with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to succeed at leading flying schools and beyond.

Your Team:

You'll work alongside our Admissions, Marketing, and Student Success teams to ensure every aspiring pilot receives an exceptional experience from their first enquiry until they begin their training.

Who Will You Report To:

You'll report directly to the Admissions Manager and work closely with the leadership team to achieve admission goals while maintaining the highest standards of student engagement.

You Will Be Responsible For: Counselling aspiring pilots and parents on Commercial Pilot Training and aviation career pathways. Managing enquiries through calls, Whats App, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms. Following up with prospective students and converting qualified leads into admissions. Explaining DGCA Ground Training, Flying School pathways, Simulator Training, degree programmes, eligibility, and fee structures. Coordinating admissions, documentation, onboarding, and CRM updates. Building long-term relationships with students throughout their admission journey. Achieving monthly admission targets while delivering an outstanding counselling experience.

What We Are Looking For: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Passion for education, aviation, and student counselling. Self-motivated, organised, and goal-oriented. 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education, or sales is preferred. Aviation industry experience is an added advantage.
