Commercial Real Estate Paralegal- Retail

This position is fully onsite Monday- Friday in Downtown Miami and requires 10 years minimum of commercial real estate paralegal experience. Responsibilities Draft, review, and revise retail commercial leases, amendments, assignments, renewals, terminations, and related agreements. Assist attorneys with acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, development, and financing transactions. Conduct and coordinate title, survey, zoning, entity, and other real estate due diligence. Review title commitments, surveys, leases, easements, restrictions, and other property documents. Coordinate execution and delivery of documents with clients, landlords, tenants, brokers, and other parties. Skills 10-15 years of Commercial Real estate paralegal experience is required. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
