Role : AVP/ Vice President – Investments , Delhi

Location : New Delhi

Client is an Infrastructure Investment Trust .The Trust owns and operates a diversified portfolio of toll road assets across strategic economic corridors in India.

Key Responsibilities

Investments & Asset Acquisition

• Manage & own end-to-end asset acquisition process, including developing financial modeling, due diligence coordination and offer preparation.
• Work closely with Diligence teams and external consultants on traffic, technical, financial, legal, and EHS due diligence.

Information & Compliance

Support compliance requirements related to InvIT regulations and disclosures.

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management

Lead and assist CIO/CEO in the investor relations for IVIT , including periodic investor conferences, earnings calls, and one-on-one investor engagements.

Capital Raising & Fund Management

• Lead fundraising for acquisitions through equity / units and debt financing.

• Manage relationships with merchant bankers, investors, lenders, bondholders, and rating agencies through pre- and post-acquisition cycles.

Minimum eligibility, experience and competencies for this role:

MBA (Finance) / CA / Post-graduate in Economics with minimum 15 years of experience in road projects / infrastructure / M&A / InvIT / fund raising. - The candidate should have experience with asset acquisition. The candidate should have experience in developing and executing the company’s investor relations strategy, undertaking due diligences, developing/reviewing financial model, financial analysis, structuring and fund-raising. Experience of having worked in InvIT/TOT related environment is a mandatory.
