Encompass Health seeks a Clinical OT Team Leader to guide a dynamic occupational therapy team within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this on-site leadership role, you will provide hands-on patient care while overseeing evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation to ensure exceptional, patient-centered rehab outcomes.
