This could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!We’re seeking a driven, resourceful Recruiter to join our team in an in-house corporate recruiting role. This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional who wants to move beyond agency recruiting, build strong relationships with hiring managers, develop talent pipelines, and make a direct impact on an organization’s growth.
What You’ll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance. Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and drive hiring strategies. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across multiple channels. Coordinate interviews and keep the hiring process moving. Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities. Manage ECA documentation, onboarding paperwork, background checks, and pre-employment screening. Maintain accurate candidate activity in the ATS. Track recruiting metrics and communicate progress to leadership. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while balancing speed + quality.
What We’re Looking For1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience Strong sourcing and candidate-generation skills Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Experience with ATS and recruiting tools Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong judgment, problem-solving, and business acumen Self-starter who can work independently and manage competing priorities High level of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through
