Cardiovascular Technologist | Cath Lab CVT | Part Time

Overview: The Cath Lab CVT, under the direction the of the director/charge person, monitors procedures, including all diagnostic and interventional coronary and peripheral catheterization studies, ensures safe patient care, and works as a scrub assistant. Qualifications: <p><strong> Education: </strong>-</p><p> Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology </p><p> OR Radiologic Technology </p><p> OR Respiratory Therapy </p><p> </p><p><strong> In Lieu of education requirements </strong> , a minimum of five (5) years experience. </p><p> AND Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire)</p><p> OR - Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire)</p><p> </p><p><strong> Licensure/Certification/Registration: </strong></p><ul><li> FL Certified Radiologic Technologist license with valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification (preferred)</li><li> OR - FL Registered Respiratory Therapist license with valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification (preferred)</li><li> Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification </li><li> OR Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire if no degree in the applicable fields)</li><li> </li><li> BLS - ACLS </li><li> </li><li> Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required: - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English </li></ul>
