About the role

TRAOH is a performance content backend producing conversion-focused UGC at scale. We're looking for a Casting Director to source the right UGC creators for our briefs.

The way it works is simple: we give you the brand and the brief, you come back with a few faces that fit. Get it right and the content converts. Get it wrong and the best script in the world falls flat. It's one of the highest-leverage calls in our process.

What you'll do

Take a brand and a brief, then find UGC creators who fit it. Bring back a strong shortlist of faces every time, not just anyone who owns a camera. Align creators on tone, delivery, and expectations before a shoot starts. Tap into and grow your own network of creators across markets.

What we're looking for

A sharp eye for talent. You can spot UGC creators with real command over their delivery and language, the ones who make a brief land the moment they open their mouth. You know what separates a good creator from an exceptional one. Being able to source across Delhi NCR and overseas markets is a plus.
