Arbors Management Inc. – Pittsburgh, PA Job Type: Full-Time Arbors Management Inc. is seeking a skilled, self-motivated Regional Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will travel between property sites across the region, handling a wide range of hands-on repairs, inspections, and capital improvement projects. Turn vacant apartments (painting, cleaning, general upkeep) for new resident move-ins. Complete routine preventative maintenance, building safety inspections, and assist with larger capital projects. Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies to ensure resident safety and code compliance. Qualifications for the Regional Maintenance Tech. Position: 3+ years of facilities, property maintenance, or skilled trade experience. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Great communication skills and the ability to effectively train less experienced techs. Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend calls. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable truck or van you can use for work. xzbcwsv Capable of passing a criminal background or drug screen.
