About the Role
We are hiring a CPA to manage accounting, bookkeeping, compliance, and financial reporting for US-based clients. This role suits both early-career and experienced professionals looking to work on end-to-end accounting and client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial records, bookkeeping, and reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements as per US GAAP
- Handle tax filings and compliance for US clients
- Support/lead month-end and year-end closing
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and reports
- Communicate with clients and provide financial insights
- Improve processes and follow best practices
- Mentor junior team members (for experienced candidates)
Qualifications
- US CPA (mandatory)
- 0-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP, taxation, and compliance
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Quick Books, Xero, Net Suite, Zoho Books, SAP
- Exposure to US/international clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
