Hiring for "CSR " for international Voice process (Immediate Joiner)

Duties and Responsibilities :

• You are responsible for contacting leads over the telephone to generate appointments
• The script should sound natural and unrehearsed.
• Need to listen attentively and speak slowly with complete explanation.
• Should be able to handle objections on call.
• Request the name of the best person to call and ask when it's best to call

Job Specifications :

• Should have good Oral and written communication.
• An effective communicator, probably fluid with what he/she is speaking.
• Should be a computer literate.
• Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.
• Should be patient enough and quite motivated towards learning new things and execute it effectively on day to day basis.
• Should also have a clear view of what the current market trend is.
• Required qualification - Any Undergrads/Graduates.
• Good exposure in MS Office tools
• Should possess excellent communication skills.
• Should be proactive and should be in a position to comprehend to requests sent via emails or other modes of communication.
• Self-motivated & is Open to work in any shift & extended hours
• Should be able to join immediately.
• Fixed Sat/Sun week off.

Qualifications

• Any Fresher can apply (undergraduates are Eligible )
• At least minimum of 6 months work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
