What You’ll DoLead on-site construction for your homes, from pre-construction through closing and warrantySchedule trades and deliveries so every phase hits its deadlineServe as the main point of contact for trade partners, homeowners and our internal team on every home you runInspect every phase each day and hold the Brandon Homes standardReview site plans and blueprints for spec and code complianceRun pre-construction and pre-settlement meetings with homeowners, and resolve issues before they growControl costs through careful review of time sheets, invoices, deliveries and inspectionsUse real data to solve problems quickly and make sound decisionsTake on special projects as the company grows

Qualifications2+ years of professional construction project management experienceProven ability to manage trade performanceStrong blueprint reading and building code knowledgeBachelor’s degree in construction or a related field (preferred, not required)Valid driver’s licenseDrug test requiredAble to lift at least 75 lbs as part of daily workMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (we do not sponsor visas)
