Training & Placement Manager

For our MIT Kothrud, Pune Head office, we are looking for a Training & Placement manager. The T&P Manager shall be responsible for the following activities for our MIT Vishwaprayag University:

a) Summer internships

b) Student placements

c) Develop relationships with corporates across the country

d) Arrange / facilitate industry guest lectures

Qualifications: The candidate should have an MBA/master's degree from a well-known institution with around 5-7 years' experience in a similar role from either industry or academia. Experience of Placements for Engineering/Technical students are preferred. Those who are in a similar role now, preferably in a good academic institution are welcome to apply. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Should be ready for travel.

Remuneration shall be competitive and based on the candidates' credentials and experience.
