1. Senior Accountant (Experienced)
• Location: Rajkot
• Full Time: Monday to Saturday
• Remote: NO
• Accounting & Bookkeeping for US clients on QuickBooks
• Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial reporting for clients.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare tax returns for individual and corporate clients.
• Provide strategic financial advice to clients.
• Mentor junior accountants.
• Qualifications:
• 3+ years of accounting experience. (CA Firm/ Accounts Department)
• CPA certification (preferred but not required). (M.com/CA/CPA)
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).
• Strong accounting and problem-solving skills.
1. Junior Accountant (1-2 yrs)
• Location : Rajkot
• Full Time: Monday to Saturday
• Remote: NO
• Accounting & Bookkeeping for US clients on QuickBooks
• Responsibilities:
• Monthly Accounting and bookkeeping for each client.
• Reconcile Bank and credit card accounts.
• Finalize monthly PL and BS and deliver to the client.
• Assist with preparing financial statements and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Help manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare tax filings.
• Software: QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Excel, Gmail
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (B.com/M.com/Part CA)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
