CSAM – Digital Sales - IC role Customer Segment: SMB – North America Location: Remote, India About the Role The CSAM – Digital Sales - IC role is focused on managing a large book of existing SMB customers, with a strong emphasis on upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Responsibilities Responsible for handling a large book of existing customers Prioritize accounts based on propensity to upsell and cross-sell Perform end-to-end sales on existing customers via upselling, cross-selling, or new acquisition Qualifications 3 to 10 years of end-to-end SAAS sales experience in SMB segment Graduation or 3 years diploma post 12th US market experience (Preferred) Required Skills Flawless communication skills Experience in end-to-end SAAS sales, preferably in the SMB segment
