Role Description The Interior Design Consultant at Mera laundry is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The consultant will plan and design functional, aesthetically pleasing interiors for laundry outlets, including space layouts, material selection, furniture placement, and lighting concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with internal stakeholders, understanding operational needs, preparing design proposals and mood boards, and coordinating with vendors and contractors during implementation. The role also involves ensuring that designs align with brand standards, optimizing customer flow and comfort, and making improvements to existing store layouts based on feedback and performance. The Interior Design Consultant will collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to support new openings and renovations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand needs and present design concepts clearly.
- Candidates should possess Interior Design expertise, including space planning and material selection, with practical experience in commercial or retail environments.
- Candidates should possess Sales and client interaction skills to support design presentations and influence stakeholder decisions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Furniture selection and layout to create functional, ergonomic, and brand-aligned interiors.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software) and basic project coordination skills are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is required.
