We are looking for someone who can travel to Jigani, Bengaluru, on a daily basis!
Job Title: Therapist
Qualification:
- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI recognised or equivalent as applicable).
Experience:
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in counselling and psychotherapy.
Role:
We are seeking a therapist to provide psychological services as part of the Student Wellness Programme at a premier institute. The role includes:
- Providing individual counseling and psychotherapy sessions.
- Offering crisis intervention and psychological support.
- Conducting workshops and psychoeducational sessions on mental health and well-being.
- Visiting the institute on scheduled days to provide onsite services.
- Delivering therapy sessions through other formats, online or locations, as required.
- Maintaining confidential clinical records and adhering to ethical and professional standards.
Preferred:
- Experience in student wellness, higher education, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), or institutional settings.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and crisis intervention skills.
