• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a senior accounting role
• Experience in remote accounting and inventory management is mandatory
• Familiarity with accounting and inventory software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, ERP systems)
• Excellent understanding of inventory costing methods (FIFO, Weighted Average, etc.)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work on camera in a remote setup
