Backend: Lead the design and development of endtoend across backend services (Java scalability 21) and frontend applications (Angular). Own architecture decisions spanning APIs, UI state management, performance, security, and . Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across both backend and frontend stacks.Front End: Own frontend technical direction and crossmicrofrontend alignment. Drive architectural decisions, standards, and best practices across frontend teams. Partner with Product, UX, and Backend to shape requirements, API strategy, and user experience. Own accessibility and UX quality. Set standards for frontend testing, performance, deployment, and operational readiness. Mentor and lead other frontend engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring BootBuild and support RESTful APIs and microservices architecturesCollaborate with frontend engineers to integrate with single-page applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworksDevelop responsive and reusable UI components where neededWork with MongoDB and Azure Cosmos DB (or similar NoSQL platforms) for data persistence and performance optimizationParticipate in peer-to-peer coding, code reviews, and pair programming sessionsBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub ActionsSupport deployments, monitoring, and production stability improvementsWork with cloud-native teams and contribute to solutions hosted in AWS, Azure, or GCPParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinementContribute to engineering best practices, test automation, and DevOps maturityApproach technical challenges with curiosity, creativity, and a strong problem-solving mindsetRequired Qualifications5–10 years of software engineering experienceStrong hands-on development experience with Java and Spring BootExperience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed backend systemsExposure to SPA technologies such as Angular, React, or VueStrong experience with MongoDB and/or Cosmos DBExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub ActionsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong understanding of Agile development methodologiesExperience with pair programming / peer coding frameworksA genuine passion for coding, learning, and solving complex technical problemsStrong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skillsPreferred xzbcwsv QualificationsExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Exposure to event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)Experience with test automation frameworks and TDDStrong GitHub profile or demonstrable pet projects / open-source contributionsExperience in high-scale enterprise or financial systems environmentsWhat Makes a Candidate Stand OutStrong GitHub portfolio or personal side projectsAbility to demo applications, APIs, or full-stack solutions they’ve builtClearly loves to code beyond day-to-day work responsibilitiesPassion for solving hard engineering problems with clean, scalable solutionsComfortable collaborating in highly interactive Agile teamsThis version helps attract the “builder mentality” engineer—someone who codes because they enjoy it, not just because it’s their job.
