MANAGER - STRATEGIC FINANCE, FP&A & FUNDRAISING

We are looking for a finance professional who can do more than report numbers—someone who can use them to shape decisions, allocate capital and support the growth of the business.

The role will work closely with the Leadership Team across strategic finance, fundraising, portfolio analytics and business planning.

What you’ll work on:

•⁠ ⁠Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting

•⁠ ⁠Integrated financial modelling and unit economics

•⁠ ⁠Debt and equity fundraising

•⁠ ⁠Lender and investor coordination

•⁠ ⁠Treasury, liquidity and capital planning

•⁠ ⁠AUM, portfolio and profitability analytics

•⁠ ⁠Management MIS and decision-support dashboards

•⁠ ⁠Evaluation of new products, partnerships and geographies

You will also gain exposure to multiple lending and partnership structures, including own-book lending, co-lending, FLDG/DLG and LSP/BC models.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can move comfortably between detailed financial analysis and the larger business picture—and convert insights into clear recommendations.

We’re looking for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, fundraising, investment banking, transaction advisory, equity research, NBFCs, fintech or consulting.

CA, CFA or MBA/PGDM Finance preferred. Strong Excel, financial modelling and presentation skills are essential.
