Role Description The Civil Project Engineer will oversee day-to-day engineering and site activities for ongoing civil projects in Anantapur. This full-time, on-site role includes preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and site teams, and ensuring work aligns with project specifications and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing site development plans, monitoring stormwater management solutions, and addressing technical issues that arise during construction. The Civil Project Engineer will conduct regular quality checks, maintain documentation, support project scheduling, and assist in resource planning to keep projects on track. The position requires regular presence at construction sites, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proactive communication regarding project progress, risks, and improvements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
• Candidates should possess skills in Site Development and related land development planning.
• Candidates should possess skills in Stormwater Management and associated drainage design and analysis.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including inspection, testing, and compliance with standards.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience working on infrastructure or construction projects, preferably in site-based roles.
• Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and basic project documentation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with site and office teams.
• Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices applicable in Anantapur and surrounding regions.
