What You’ll DoAs Property Manager, you’ll take the lead in the daily operations and overall success of your community, including:Drive occupancy and performance: Implement effective strategies to maintain high occupancy and support leasing success.Build strong resident relationships: Promote resident satisfaction, address concerns, and help create a welcoming place to call home.Oversee financial operations: Manage rent collections and support effective lease administration.Lead and develop your team: Supervise office and maintenance personnel, monitor performance, and encourage accountability and professional growth.Maintain an exceptional property: Oversee property upkeep, maintenance, curb appeal, and overall presentation.Prioritize safety and security: Help maintain a safe, secure environment for residents, employees, and visitors.Build community partnerships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with local officials, police, fire departments, and other community contacts.Manage day-to-day operations: Keep the community organized, efficient, and operating to a high standard. What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a proactive leader who can balance operational responsibilities with a strong commitment to residents and team success.Our ideal candidate will have:At least 2 years of Property Manager experience with market-rate residential properties.Strong leadership skills and experience supervising employees.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong technology and computer skills.Effective communication, problem-solving, and resident relations skills.The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and lead daily operations with confidence.
