Figma is expanding its Early Career team with a PhD Recruiter to own hiring strategy across Engineering and scale our PhD program. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Data, AI, Graphics, and Security, partnering with engineering leaders to build a scalable, year‑round function.

This full‑time role can be held from a US hub or remotely in the United States, with international travel to conferences, universities, and labs about 3–4 times per year.
