Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CSTLocation: Onsite – Cedar Falls, IowaPay: Starts at $14hr
If you are confident on the phone, motivated by performance pay, and comfortable having direct conversations, this role offers the opportunity to build strong earnings in a fast-paced call center environment. This is a high-volume collections role where you will speak with consumers about outstanding balances and work toward payment solutions.What the Job Really Looks LikeWe want candidates to clearly understand the role so they can succeed.
In this position you will:
Make primarily outbound calls to consumers regarding past-due accountsHandle inbound calls that result from previous outreachAverage up to 200 calls per dayFollow structured scripts and compliance guidelinesDiscuss payment options or account resolutionsNavigate multiple computer systems during callsYou will often speak with individuals who may be frustrated or upset about their accounts, so maintaining professionalism and confidence is key.
Compensation$14/hour starting payIncrease to $15/hour after tenure milestoneperformance-based incentivesTop performers increase their earnings through performance incentives as they build experience in the role.Daily contests and team recognition opportunities
Training & Support
All new hires complete a 3-week paid training program designed to prepare you for success.Training includes:Classroom instructionCompliance and script trainingCall shadowing and listeningGuided call practiceBy week three you will begin making calls with support before transitioning to the production floor.
