As we scale our Enterprise Verticals business, we are strengthening our quality and compliance framework across large, multi-trade commercial interior projects.

We are looking for a Senior Project Quality & Compliance Manager who will own quality assurance, material compliance, execution standards, and quality systems across Enterprise Vertical projects.

This is a critical leadership role for someone who can build quality frameworks from the ground up while ensuring their implementation across live projects .

You will work closely with Project Management, Operations, Design, Procurement, vendors, contractors, and clients to establish consistent quality standards from project inception through handover.

• Develop, standardize, and maintain Method Statements across civil, MEP, drywall, flooring, ceilings, joinery, glazing, furniture, and finishing works.
• Build and manage a version-controlled Method Statement and Quality Documentation Library for Enterprise projects.
• Develop and implement Project Quality Plans, ITPs, QC checklists, MIS, work procedures, and inspection documentation .
• Establish stage-wise quality hold points and inspection gates to ensure work progresses only after required QC approvals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify execution against approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Inspect and verify materials, products, and workmanship at site and ensure compliance with approved specifications and BOQs.
• Establish and manage the Material Approval Process and Project Material Registers , ensuring deviations are identified and escalated.
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Verticals Quality Manual, SOPs, process flows, and quality standards .
• Identify recurring quality issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage NCRs, defects, snag lists, and closure tracking across projects.
• Lead joint quality inspections with clients and consultants at key project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, inspection requirements, safety standards, and project specifications .
• Lead and allocate resources across the PMC / quality team based on project requirements.
• Conduct vendor and site-team quality inductions and drive consistent implementation of quality standards.
• Submit regular Site Quality Reports and project quality dashboards to senior leadership.
• Work closely with Operations and Project teams to resolve technical and quality issues without compromising project timelines.

• 10–15 years of experience in project quality management, PMC, QA/QC, or senior site supervision.
• Strong experience in commercial interiors, large-scale fit-outs, or construction projects .
• Proven experience developing Method Statements, ITPs, QC checklists, NCR registers, and Project Quality Plans .
• Strong technical understanding across multiple interior trades including Civil, MEP, Drywall, Flooring, Ceiling, Joinery, Glazing, Furniture, and Finishes .
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and technical drawings .
• Strong understanding of building codes, inspection processes, quality systems, and site execution standards.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, PMC teams, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management , or a related discipline.
• PMP / NICMAR certification will be an added advantage.
