Process: Web chat into Telecom process

Role: Customer Support

Shift: 7AM-12AM (Rotational Shift)

Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur Chennai

Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG both can apply)

Freshers can also apply if you know Hindi to read, write and understand.

Salary: 21k CTC and 17k TH

We will provide a one-way cab facility for employees whose shifts end between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via email, chat, and web chat platforms.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customers' issues.
• Hindi with English Chat support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Freshers can also apply if you know Hindi to read, write and understand.
• Should have skill to read and write Hindi
• Should have basic knowledge about telecom process.
• Should have typing skill.

Walk-In Location: 82/30, AMBIT IT PARK Ambattur Industrial Estate 2nd Main Rd, Sai Nagar, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu .

Walk In - Monday to Friday Morning 11AM to 3PM.
