We’re Hiring | Quick Commerce Category Manager Location: Pune Experience: 1–3 years Role: Category Manager – Quick Commerce At FarmDidi , we’re building the next generation of India’s food brands — powered by rural women entrepreneurs and driven by technology. We’re looking for a Category Manager – Quick Commerce who can own and grow multiple categories across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket & others . What you’ll own: • Own the account relationship with quick commerce partners • Turn availability, pricing, competitive, sales & media data into actionable growth strategies • Drive category growth, revenue, visibility and profitability • Monitor assortment, inventory availability, pricing and platform performance • Analyse competitors, promotions and category trends • Work closely with quick-commerce platforms to improve rankings, visibility and sales • Plan and optimise media spends and promotional investments • Identify growth opportunities across SKUs, platforms and cities • Build dashboards and reports to track category performance and take data-driven decisions Who are we looking for? Someone who is highly analytical, commercially sharp and obsessed with growth. You should enjoy working with data, marketplaces and fast-moving environments — and be comfortable taking ownership from insight → strategy → execution → results . Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, FMCG, marketplaces or category management will be a strong advantage.
