Must-Have
Technical:

Good understanding of Control-M Architecture.
Experience in Control-M Administration v9.20, v9.21.
Experience in Control-M for MFT, AWS, Application Integration.
Experience in Control-M Automation API.
Good-to-Have
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Ability to work with team at Onshore and Offshore
Communication skills.
Knowledge in Control-M Helix.
Knowledge in AWS

Hands on experience in Planning/Monitoring the jobs

In depth knowledge in creating new jobs in Control-M.

Knowledge to Schedule MFT, AWS Step Functions.

Defining, monitoring and scheduling jobs based on client requirements.

Troubleshoot the Job issues.

Experience in creation of connection profiles.

Knowledge in setting up variables.

Knowledge in CLI or REST API to build, run, and test jobs against an existing Control-M instance.

Knowledge in creation of workload policies.

Provide on call support on weekends.

Reporting and Documentation (Custom reports).
