Technical Project Manager – Infrastructure & Cloud

Location: Hyderabad, India

Contract: 12-month renewable employment term

Work Arrangement: Office-based / On-site

We are seeking a results-oriented Technical Project Manager , leading the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud and enterprise platform initiatives within a global business environment.

Based in Hyderabad, you will collaborate with regional and global IT teams, business stakeholders, technical specialists and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and in accordance with enterprise quality and security standards.

This opportunity is suited to a technically grounded Project Manager who can manage complex infrastructure projects while communicating confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Manage cross-regional technical projects from initiation and planning through implementation, handover and closure. Lead infrastructure, cloud migration, platform onboarding and technology optimisation initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements. Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies according to project requirements. Coordinate activities across regional and global IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors and service providers. Track project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and changes. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear weekly and monthly project status reports. Prepare project updates and presentations for senior management. Identify delivery risks, manage escalations and drive issues through to resolution. Oversee vendor performance, contractual obligations, service quality and cost-optimisation initiatives. Ensure projects comply with enterprise governance, security and operational standards. Coordinate user acceptance testing, platform onboarding and implementation-readiness activities. Gather stakeholder feedback and contribute to platform and process improvements. Develop onboarding procedures, project documentation and operational handover materials. Facilitate post-implementation knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth transition to support and operations teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline. Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered. Approximately 3–5 years of hands-on technical project management experience. At least three years of experience managing cross-regional or global projects. Strong experience delivering enterprise infrastructure, cloud or technology platform projects. Good understanding of infrastructure operations, cloud services, enterprise platforms and IT security requirements. Experience managing project risks, budgets, vendors, reporting and stakeholder expectations. Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business language. Strong communication, presentation, documentation and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate teams across different countries and time zones. Willingness and ability to work from the Hyderabad office.

Advantageous Experience Practical exposure to Microsoft Azure, Service Now, Atlassian Jira and Confluence. PMP, PRINCE2 or another recognised project management certification. Experience within the FMCG, consumer goods or retail industry. Previous experience supporting a large multinational or enterprise environment. Experience managing projects across APAC and/or NASAPMENA regions. Familiarity with UAT coordination, enterprise platform onboarding and process optimisation.
