Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Manage the complete LAP loan lifecycle from sourcing to disbursement.
- Strong network with 25+ DSA/channel partners.
- Good knowledge of LAP products, income assessment, and lending programs.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and credit assessment.
- Conduct regular field visits to strengthen DSA relationships.
- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets while ensuring process compliance.
- Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships.
- Proven track record of strong sales performance and business achievements.
