Head of Production

ROLE PURPOSE To lead and manage plant production operations for spice and botanical extract manufacturing, ensuring optimal yield, quality compliance, safety, and cost efficiency while meeting production targets and delivery timelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Production Operations • Plan, organize and monitor daily and monthly production schedules • Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of manpower and machinery • Oversee end-to-end extraction operations including raw material processing to finished product • Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot operational deviations Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement • Drive yield improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives • Implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency • L
