Key Responsibilities:
Periodically visit customers in the assigned area while adhering to company field procedures and protocols. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying and understanding their concerns and issues. Comprehend customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations and briefings. Establish positive relationships and enhance brand recall and engagement with customers.Key Skills:
OS Installation. Software installations and providing training to customers on usage of software applications Hardware issue analysis.Qualifications:
Fluent in both spoken and written Hindi and English. Familiarity with basic computer skills, including MS Office and email. Willingness to travel within multiple airport locations. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in field service or visits is a plus. Possession of a valid driver's license and passport.Details
