Industrial Sales Manager – Food Services & Industrial Catering (Individual Contributor) Location: Chennai / Bangalore (Diversity hiring for Bangalore) About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Industrial Sales professional with strong experience in industrial/institutional catering or food services . The ideal candidate should have an established network with manufacturing and industrial clients across Tamil Nadu and a proven ability to drive new business. Key Responsibilities Acquire new industrial and manufacturing clients across Tamil Nadu. Leverage existing industry relationships to generate business opportunities. Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. Build strong relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Plant Leadership teams. Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth. Requirements Proven experience in Industrial Catering, Institutional Catering, or Food Services Sales . Providing meals to industries on a day-to-day basis. Strong network within industrial/manufacturing organizations in Tamil Nadu. Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated professional with experience working as an Individual Contributor (IC) .
