Customer Support Executive (Customer Operations - Chat & Voice)

Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional support to both national and international customers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling customer interactions across chat and voice channels while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through chat and voice support.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Support both domestic and international customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and productivity targets.
• Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback for process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Operations, Customer Success, BPO, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mandatory proficiency in English and Hindi .
• Additional regional language proficiency will be an added advantage.
• Strong customer handling and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
• Good computer proficiency and experience using CRM or customer support tools is preferred.

Work Details

• Process: Blended (Chat + Voice)
• Shift: 24x7 Operations (Any 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break)
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Week Off: Rotational
