Car B2C Sales Team Lead: Lead, Close & Grow

Soum is seeking an exceptional B2C Sales Team Lead in Pakistan to drive growth in its cars vertical. You will lead a team responsible for acquiring customers, qualifying leads, negotiating, and closing both cash and financing deals, while coaching junior reps and owning the full customer journey.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Showroom teams to ensure smooth processes, hit acquisition and closing targets, and maintain CRM discipline.
