Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75
This facility is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Walk-In Clinic coverage; clinic hours Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Patients per day: Not specified
Practice Setting: Walk-In Clinic / Outpatient Clinic
Scope: Urgent care for both adult and pediatric patients
State Licensure: Wisconsin Medical License
Board Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
