About the Role

We are looking for a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Auto CAD Draftsman  to support our core signage design team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design concept and physical reality by converting sketches, ideas, and design specifications into highly accurate, detailed technical plans and construction layouts.

This position requires daily, on-site collaboration with our Mumbai studio team, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities Technical Drafting:  Prepare, develop, and revise comprehensive 2 D/3 D technical drawings, signage plans, elevations, sections, and detailed shop drawings. Collaboration & Coordination:  Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to precisely capture design intent and integrate feedback efficiently. Construction & Fabrication Documentation:  Support site teams and vendors by producing crystal-clear fabrication, signage detailing. Standardization & Quality Control:  Ensure all drawing sets comply with industry regulations, architectural standards, and building codes. Documentation Management:  Maintain well-organized digital drawing databases, revisions, folders, and technical records.

Required Qualifications & Skills Education:  Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Software Proficiency:  Expert command of Auto CAD (2 D required, 3 D is a strong plus) . Familiarity with supplementary design tools like Revit, Sketch Up, or Adobe Illustrator  will be highly valued. Technical Knowledge:  A foundational understanding of spatial design, architecture, and interior construction detailing. Studio Mindset:  Strong attention to detail, exceptional capability to interpret design briefs, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced studio setup. Soft Skills:  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a receptive attitude toward constructive design feedback and iterations.

Preferred Experience Prior experience working on signage & way finding design projects. Specialized expertise in signage detailing or fabrication drawings .
