Respiratory Therapist Lead

UCHealth is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Lead to coordinate advanced respiratory care in our patient-first, academic medical setting. This role provides expert bedside care, manages ventilators and airways, and oversees ABG interpretation and treatment plans. The Lead will precept and mentor therapists, support scheduling and workflow, and promote evidence-based practice, safety, and quality. Collaborating closely with physicians and nurses, you’ll help drive innovation, staff development, and excellent outcomes across diverse inpatient populations.
