Location: Kolkata Position: Assistant Manager – Operations (Banking Collections)

Key Requirements:

Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Banking Collections/BFSI Collections. At least 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader handling collections operations. Strong knowledge of collections strategies, delinquency management, recovery processes, and team performance management. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and people management skills. Ability to drive KPIs including Collections, Productivity, Quality, Compliance, and Customer Experience. Graduation is mandatory.

Lead and mentor high-performing collections teams. Drive operational excellence and achieve business KPIs. Manage client expectations and ensure process compliance. Analyze performance trends and implement improvement plans. Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
