Arora Builing Supplies is looking for a motivated, organized, and confident Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. If you're comfortable speaking with clients, enjoy staying organized, and want to grow with a fast-paced company, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
• Update and manage CRM records
• Handle email and calendar management
• Perform data entry and online research
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation
• Assist with daily administrative tasks
• Support the team with other business operations as needed

Requirements

✅ Excellent spoken and written English

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Previous experience in cold calling, sales required

✅ Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software

✅ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
