Lafayette Regional Health Center, part of HCA Midwest Health, seeks a Clinical Informatics Coordinator RN to optimize clinical systems and support safe, efficient patient care. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between nursing, providers, and IT—configuring, testing, and implementing EHR workflows, order sets, and documentation tools. Responsibilities include staff training, bedside support during go-lives and updates, data validation, troubleshooting, and promoting best-practice use of technology. You will help lead quality and safety initiatives, analyze clinical data trends, and champion change management in a patient-first, community-focused environment.
