Job Title :Technical Program/Product Manager – .NET / Web Location: Hyderabad Experience: 8–15 Years Employment Type: Full-time Immediate Joiner preferred Role Overview We are looking for a technically strong Technical Program Manager to drive product initiatives by bridging Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business teams . The role requires strong C#/.NET & Web understanding, program execution, analytical thinking, communication, and an end-user mindset . Key Responsibilities Drive initiatives from requirements to development, testing, and release . Understand end-user needs and translate them into clear product/technical requirements. Work closely with Architects and Engineering teams to drive solution execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, dependencies, and risks. Analyze complex problems, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure solutions meet business objectives and deliver a strong end-user experience. Must-Have Skills 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management / Technical Product Management / Technical Leadership . Strong understanding of C#, .NET/.NET Core and Web applications . Good understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, and software architecture . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Excellent verbal and written communication . Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination. Strong customer/end-user-oriented thinking . Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira and Git. Good to Have Cloud experience – Azure/AWS. Experience with enterprise/product engineering environments. Experience working with distributed engineering teams. Product management or customer-facing experience.
